What I think of good engineer work?

1. On Time: Effective time management, proactive communication, and the ability to adapt and prioritize tasks to ensure delivery on time.
2. Simplicity: Anyone can make things complicated. It takes a genius to make things simple.
3. High Quality: Deliver clean, maintainable code, prioritize testing and documentation.
